Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing)

✔ Relevant experience in Lift, Escalator, Elevator, or Industrial Machinery sales will be preferred.
✔ Candidates should have practical knowledge or experience related to the lift, escalator, elevator, or industrial machinery industry.
✔ Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
✔ Self-motivated, confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
✔ Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships.
✔ Ability to work independently, handle field-based sales activities, and perform effectively under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

✔ Visit industrial areas, commercial locations, construction sites, and potential customer locations to identify new business opportunities.
✔ Generate leads and develop new customer relationships for lift, escalator, elevator, and industrial machinery products.
✔ Present product features, benefits, specifications, and commercial offerings to prospective customers.
✔ Conduct sales activities efficiently to achieve individual and overall company sales targets.
✔ Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into successful sales.

Client Relationship Management

✔ Maintain positive and professional business relationships with existing and potential clients.
✔ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
✔ Provide timely follow-up and coordinate with clients throughout the sales process.

Reporting & Field Activities

✔ Prepare and submit necessary sales, customer, and field activity reports to the management on a regular basis.
✔ Prepare a daily movement plan based on customer visits, sales priorities, and market opportunities.
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
✔ Remain flexible and adjust field activities according to market conditions and business requirements.
