Additional Requirements

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital analytics tools.

Proficiency in video editing and graphic design.

Ability to transform raw footage into professional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and similar tools, including sound editing, color correction, and transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate projects.

Produce and edit professional videos for social media, digital advertising, project launches, and corporate branding.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to create engaging 3D presentations and project visualizations.

Design marketing materials, including social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional content.

Manage website content, SEO, and SEM activities to strengthen online visibility and increase organic traffic.

Manage social media boosting, audience targeting, and advertising campaign optimization.
-
Create and edit promotional videos to support marketing initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.

Work closely with Management to support sales targets and achieve marketing objectives.
-
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
