• Monitor daily stock movement from warehouses/depots to dealers and distributors to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Coordinate with sales teams, warehouse personnel, and depot teams for timely product dispatch and delivery.

• Track order processing and delivery status, and proactively manage pending or delayed orders.

• Maintain optimum stock levels at warehouses, depots, and distributor locations to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly distribution and inventory reports.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and delivery delays, and take corrective actions for timely resolution.

• Coordinate with transport agencies and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and effective route utilization.

• Support the implementation of distribution strategies, logistics improvements, and network expansion initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and updated records in ERP and Sales & Distribution (S&D) systems.

• Monitor product damage, returns, and replacement processes to minimize operational losses.

• Ensure effective communication with dealers and distributors regarding stock availability, delivery schedules, and order status.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve distribution efficiency and customer service levels.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
