Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:
Arrow Manufacturing Limited is a 100% export-oriented, fully compliant manufacturer of garments and footwear trims, materials, and accessories. The company is seeking experienced, skilled, and professionally minded candidates for the Accounts & Finance department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including vouchers, ledger posting, and bank/cash transactions
  • Maintain and update cash books with accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity as per budget and operational requirements
  • Record all purchases and related expenses properly
  • Prepare payment and receipt statements and report to the supervisor
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records
  • Ensure compliance with tax, VAT deduction at source, and other statutory requirements
  • Reconcile client ledgers and confirm balances
  • Oversee overall accounts and finance activities of the assigned concern
  • Ensure timely data entry in accounting software (TALLY)
  • Prepare various financial reports related to daily business transactions
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the top management
