Responsibilities & Context

Calculate comprehensive heating and cooling loads utilizing industry-standard software tools, including Carrier HAP, Trace 700/3D, and customized Excel models.

Collaborate closely under the guidance of senior HVAC engineers to develop, optimize, and refine mechanical designs.

Generate detailed HVAC layout drawings encompassing ductwork routing, piping networks, equipment placement, and schematic control diagrams.

Draft precise engineering plans, cross-sections, and elevations using advanced CAD platform software such as AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).

Prepare accurate as-built drawings upon project completion, incorporating all modifications and deviations made in the field.
