• 4 Year

• You have a Bachelor's/master's in CSE/Mathematics/EEE or relevant field from a reputed university.
• You have excellent knowledge and interest in working with Polyglot software systems, integrations, APIs, and log analysis.
• You have a knack for investigating, detecting, and solving problems for misconfigured solutions/integrations.
• You have worked comfortably in a Linux Environment.
• Code Proficiency: Strong understanding of JavaScript, C++, or Python. 
• Strong Analytical ability to break down complex issues and identify root causes.
• Attention to Detail: Deep dive into logs, system behavior, and configurations to ensure accuracy in issue analysis.
• Scripting Expertise: Experience in Bash or Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• API & System Knowledge: Strong understanding of API behaviors, request/response flows, and system interactions.
• Curiosity & Problem-Solving Mindset: Passion for understanding how software systems work and proactively identifying potential issues.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical findings to customers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Out-of-the-box Thinking: Approach complex technical problems with creativity and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Strong Analytical skills with the ability to understand technical concepts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to different domains.
• Database proficiency, particularly in SQL (PostgreSQL and SQLite), for querying and data management.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Data Formats (XML/JSON/YAML, etc.) and schemas.
• Data encoding/decoding.
• Basic knowledge of security practices.

• Issue Reproduction & Investigation: Reproduce complex issues in Test or Production environments to understand root causes.
• Technical Analysis: Examine logs, system behavior, API interactions, and configurations to detect patterns and diagnose potential issues.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns, provide timely updates, and enhance expertise in domain-specific language and configurations to support Hotfixes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of findings, issue reproduction steps, and recommendations. Contribute to the identified gaps in product and solution documentation.
• Collaboration with Developers & Support Teams: Work closely with developers and support teams by providing structured reports, insights, and relevant data to facilitate issue resolution faster.
• Configure and customize solutions for customers.
• Assist customers directly in implementing their desired flows with our products and services.
• Escalate the issues that require further development.
