Additional Requirements
Backend Development
- Strong proficiency in Java (knowledge of C# or Python will be considered an advantage)
- Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of server-side architecture and application design principles
Frontend Development
- Strong command of JavaScript
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue
API & Integration
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party service integrations
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
Core Engineering Skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
Responsibilities & Context
This role involves working on multiple innovation-driven digital banking branch products, enhancing existing applications, refactoring legacy UI code, and developing modern, scalable front-end architectures.
The position requires strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and C#, along with a solid understanding of modern front-end development practices. The developer will also collaborate with backend teams and contribute to full-stack development when required.
The role plays a key part in transforming internal and client solutions into scalable digital products in line with the company’s innovation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on multiple development projects simultaneously.
- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement and integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Support software stabilization and bug fixing during the QA phase.
- Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers.
- Maintain proper code documentation and participate in code reviews throughout the development process.
- Research and apply modern tools, libraries, APIs, and frameworks.
- Improve system scalability, maintainability, and overall performance.
- Follow best practices for clean architecture, modular design, and reusable components.
- Integrate AI APIs, machine learning services, or custom AI solutions (e.g., AI chatbots) where applicable.
- Contribute to multiple innovation-based projects at the same time.
- Enhance existing applications, develop new features, and support product upgrades.
