Software Engineer

✔ Willingness and ability to commit to a long-term career with the organization if offered permanent employment after completing the 6-month probation period.

Good to Have

✔ Hands-on knowledge of React.js, Node.js, or Flask framework.

✔ Familiarity with modern software development practices and methodologies.

✔ Basic understanding of frontend and backend integration.

✔ Assist the engineering team in the development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software applications.

✔ Work closely with the engineering team to understand and solve real-world banking and financial technology challenges.

✔ Participate in code reviews and contribute to Agile software development cycles and team activities.

✔ Research, explore, and experiment with new technologies, tools, and development practices to improve product performance and efficiency.

✔ Contribute innovative ideas, share technical insights, and actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
