Manage the company’s Facebook page, including regular updates, post monitoring, and maintaining a professional brand presence.
Respond promptly to customer messages on social media and ensure accurate and helpful communication.
Handle daily inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, service information, and follow-ups.
Provide customer support by addressing product/service queries, complaints, and general concerns.
Maintain and update customer data in the company database with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, schedule service requests, and ensure proper resolution.
Monitor comments and interactions on social media to maintain a positive and engaging environment.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, issues, and follow-ups.
Ensure high-quality customer service aligned with company policies and service standards.
