Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Strong knowledge of retail standard operating procedures and brand guidelines
Familiar with POS systems, inventory management software, and sales analysis tools
Oversee daily showroom and store operations to ensure efficiency
Lead, train, and supervise sales and floor teams
Deliver outstanding customer service within a branded retail setting
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
Drive sales targets and enhance overall store performance
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
Address customer issues while maintaining brand standards
Coordinate with head office, suppliers, and vendors
