Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in servicing analytical or laboratory equipment will have an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to take on challenges
Willingness to travel within Bangladesh and abroad for training and work assignments
Selected candidates will receive overseas training on specialized equipment
Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in handling and servicing analytical instruments.
Provide timely and effective customer support as required.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive work attitude.
Lead and manage technical teams efficiently, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when resolving technical issues.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Communicate effectively via email, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate with foreign principal companies through electronic communication channels to resolve technical issues and ensure service quality.
