SEO Executive

 

• Strong technical SEO expertise; this is the core requirement and will be assessed during the selection process.

• Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and basic Google Tag Manager.

• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.

• Understanding of schema markup and structured data.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

• Experience with WordPress, including publishing, plugins, and basic troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to identify fixes based on impact.

• Ability to manage multiple websites, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience running Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

• Experience working with clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.

• Agency or international client-servicing experience is preferred.

• Experience with GEO, AEO, and AI search optimization.

• Experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce SEO.

• Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile management.

 

Technical SEO

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and internal linking.

• Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, and canonical issues.

• Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, pagination, and hreflang where applicable.

• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page speed in coordination with developers.

• Implement and validate relevant schema markup such as Article, FAQ, HowTo, Product, LocalBusiness, and Organization.

• Monitor Google Search Console and resolve coverage, enhancement, and manual action issues.

• Prepare technical SEO tickets for developers and verify fixes after implementation.

On-Page & Content SEO

• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and topic clustering.

• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, and internal linking.

• Coordinate with content writers and review published content for SEO compliance.

• Identify content gaps and SERP opportunities through competitor analysis.

• Optimize content for featured snippets and AI-driven search platforms, including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute link-building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.

• Evaluate backlink opportunities based on relevance, quality, and genuine authority rather than volume.

• Monitor backlink profiles and take appropriate action against toxic or harmful links.

Reporting & Communication

• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and search visibility using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Semrush.

• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with key findings and recommended actions.

• Communicate SEO progress, issues, and recommendations directly with international clients in English.

• Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, search trends, and developments in AI-powered search.
