Goldsands Group, a prominent real estate developer, is seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand its digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and AI-powered content marketing, along with proven experience in promoting real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive keyword research and content optimization using effective SEO strategies.

• Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities to enhance search rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.

• Develop and implement performance-focused social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

• Collaborate with the graphic and motion design teams to produce engaging and conversion-focused marketing content.

• Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content with compelling, creative, and target-audience-focused captions suitable for the real estate industry.

• Handle technical SEO activities, including link building, meta tag optimization, website audits, broken-link correction, and overall website SEO health improvement.

• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max, with a focus on maximizing return on investment.

• Utilize ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to enhance content creation, accelerate idea generation, and maintain a consistent brand identity.

• Analyze performance and develop data-driven strategies using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

• Keep up to date with emerging real estate marketing trends, social media algorithm changes, digital advertising practices, and platform policies.
