Senior/Junior Support Engineer

We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled Senior/Junior Support Engineers to join our ATM/CRM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/Cash Sorter Support Team under the Technology Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Install, configure, and commission ATM, CRM, Online CDM, Offline CDM, and Cash Sorter machines.

✔ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues associated with supported equipment.

✔ Provide timely on-site technical support to customers and efficiently handle service requests and technical complaints.

✔ Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and routine inspections to ensure maximum system uptime and reliable machine performance.

✔ Research, analyze, and troubleshoot technical faults, implementing effective solutions within the defined service timelines.

✔ Replace or repair faulty components and verify proper machine functionality after maintenance or repair.

✔ Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation, and submit findings to supervisors.

✔ Coordinate with internal technical teams and customers to ensure prompt issue resolution and service quality.

✔ Ensure compliance with company service standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

✔ Perform any other technical support and operational responsibilities assigned by the Management.
