The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern websites, web applications, ERP solutions, POS systems, eCommerce platforms, and custom business software tailored to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Build, maintain, and enhance custom web applications using technologies such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
- Develop and support ERP, POS, CRM, HRM, Inventory Management, and Business Automation Software solutions.
- Create and maintain eCommerce websites, online stores, and marketplace platforms.
- Transform UI/UX designs into fully functional, interactive, and high-performing web applications.
- Optimize websites and applications for speed, search engine visibility (SEO), security, scalability, and overall user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services to extend application functionality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in websites and applications.
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, business analysts, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain proper project documentation, code repositories, and version control practices.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance procedures.
