Proven experience as a Senior Student Counselor or Education Consultant for multiple international study destinations, especially New Zealand, UK, Canada, Denmark, and Sweden
Strong expertise in study abroad counseling, university admissions, student visa guidance, and overseas education consultancy services
Excellent proficiency in the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, student-focused approach
Candidates should be polite, patient, honest, responsible, and committed to maintaining high-quality counseling services
Ability to guide students and guardians regarding higher education opportunities, scholarship options, immigration-related education consultancy, and international admission procedures

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Senior Student Counselor – Study Abroad (New Zealand) to support students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in overseas university admissions, student counseling, and international education consultancy for multiple study destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students in selecting suitable universities, academic programs, and study destinations based on their educational background, career goals, and financial capacity
Provide detailed information regarding tuition fees, scholarships, admission requirements, English proficiency courses, and living expenses in countries such as New Zealand, UK, Canada, Denmark, and Sweden
Counsel prospective students and guardians through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and online communication channels
Assist students throughout the foreign university admission and application process, ensuring proper documentation and timely submissions
Offer professional consultation regarding student visa procedures, university requirements, and international education pathways
Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing accurate guidance and continuous support throughout the admission journey
Stay updated with the latest study abroad trends, immigration policies, scholarship opportunities, and university regulations for international destinations
