We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to oversee structural design review, site supervision, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in structural engineering, project coordination, and construction management while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Structural Design Review & Compliance

• Review and verify structural designs, engineering calculations, and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Ensure compliance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code), engineering standards, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate structural specifications, design methodologies, and technical documentation

🔹 Project Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout project execution
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to ensure structural integrity and project success
• Support project teams in resolving design and construction-related challenges

🔹 Site Supervision & Quality Assurance

• Supervise structural works at project sites to ensure quality construction practices
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction activities
• Verify that all structural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards

🔹 BOQ & Construction Methodology Review

• Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and construction methodologies
• Assess construction processes and recommend improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety
• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources

🔹 Regulatory & Authority Coordination

• Liaise with RAJUK and other relevant authorities regarding drawing approvals, permits, and compliance requirements
• Ensure all project documentation and approvals are maintained according to regulatory standards

🔹 Monitoring, Reporting & Problem Solving

• Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports for management and stakeholders
• Identify structural, design, and construction-related issues and provide practical solutions
• Ensure timely resolution of engineering challenges to minimize project delays and risks

🔹 Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and construction practices
• Familiarity with BNBC, building regulations, and engineering compliance requirements
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
• Ability to prepare technical reports and engineering documentation
• Excellent communication and site management skills
