  • 3–8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Prior experience in Software Sales, IT Services, ERP Solutions, POS Systems, Website Development, Digital Marketing, or Technology-Based Products and Services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Previous experience working in Software, IT, SaaS, or Technology-focused organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities within the local market.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business consultations.
  • Promote the company’s software products and IT services, including ERP, POS, websites, mobile apps, SEO, data recovery, and custom software solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate closely with technical, development, and project teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior sales team members when required.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
