Mediusware Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive individual with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team as a Senior Python Developer - Team Lead. As a pivotal member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of skilled Python developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge software solutions.

- Lead the technical vision and strategy for Python development projects.

- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Project Management:
