We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth through effective team management, strategic marketing, and customer relationship development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and building a high-performing sales team.
✔ Lead, organize, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
✔ Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and strong teamwork
✔ Recruit, train, and build an efficient and result-oriented sales force
✔ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on property or product sales
✔ Generate and manage qualified leads, monitor sales pipelines, and support deal closures
✔ Introduce innovative marketing ideas, tools, and customer engagement strategies to increase lead flow
✔ Build strong relationships with clients, professionals, and business networks
✔ Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
✔ Maintain a positive work environment and effective team communication
✔ Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management
✔ Work closely with management on strategic sales initiatives and planning
