Responsibilities & Context

Develop and deliver training programs based on the specific requirements of different business units and corporate functions.
Identify and address training and development requirements across factory operations.
Design and implement effective learning strategies and employee development programs to enhance engagement.
Oversee factory-level training and learning activities, ensuring they are properly organized, consistently implemented, and aligned with organizational and business objectives.
Evaluate training and learning programs regularly and utilize participant feedback to continuously improve program quality and effectiveness.
Ensure timely and effective completion of appraisal-related training programs.
Lead peer mentoring initiatives focused on promoting health awareness and supporting employees’ overall mental well-being.
Maintain established quality standards across all training, learning, and development initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational and employee development requirements.
Drive succession development initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic business priorities.
Create growth and development opportunities for key employees to maximize their potential and capabilities.
Promote a strong learning, coaching, and continuous development culture across the organization.
Develop and strengthen the L&D team to effectively meet current and future organizational requirements.
Monitor training effectiveness, measure outcomes, and ensure the training and learning budget is prepared and managed according to plan.
Maintain the monthly Training & Learning Dashboard and prepare regular reports on training and development activities.
