Senior Manager -Construction and Supply Chain Audit

✔ Lead and manage Construction and Supply Chain Audits to ensure compliance, cost control, and operational transparency.

✔ Maintain strong knowledge of construction material specifications, quality standards, and procurement requirements.

✔ Conduct physical verification and inspection of construction materials to ensure quantity, quality, and specifications match approved requirements.

✔ Review construction project budgets, BOQs, work orders, and variations for accuracy, compliance, and proper authorization.

✔ Review and verify contractor and vendor bills against approved work orders, BOQs, measurements, rates, and completed work.

✔ Identify and assess risks related to cost overruns, procurement fraud, conflicts of interest, duplicate payments, and unauthorized purchases.

✔ Knowledge of sourcing and pricing of quality construction and building materials will be preferred.

✔ Review and verify measurement sheets for Running Account (R/A) bills, including checking for overbilling, duplicate billing, rate discrepancies, and unauthorized claims.

✔ Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and potential financial or procurement risks, and report findings to the relevant management.
