Verify ownership history, khatians, mutations, survey reports, and title papers.

Draft legal contracts, deeds, MoUs, affidavits, wills, and agreements with developers and stakeholders.

Issue and respond to legal notices while supporting regulatory compliance.

Represent the company in civil, criminal, and tribunal proceedings.

Coordinate with external lawyers and manage litigation to protect corporate interests.

Assess legal risks, provide strategic advice, and implement mitigation actions.

Ensure all operational agreements align with company policies and risk management guidelines.

Maintain complete legal records, prepare periodic reports, and update executive management on active cases.

Execute additional legal and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
