Responsibilities & Context

Senior Executive / Executive – Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate qualified sales leads through direct marketing, corporate networking, referrals, digital channels, social media platforms, and property marketing campaigns.
  • Identify prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients to expand the customer base and increase property sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Explore new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, consultations, and project briefings.
  • Arrange and facilitate project site visits for prospective customers and investors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, payment schedules, and handover updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and objections professionally to maximize conversion rates.

Property Sales & Project Promotion

  • Present detailed information regarding project features, amenities, location advantages, pricing structures, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Promote residential, commercial, and land development projects through various sales channels.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and successfully close property sales transactions.
  • Prepare and explain booking forms, sales agreements, and other sales-related documentation.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and monitor lead conversion performance.
  • Track sales activities and ensure continuous follow-up with prospective buyers.
  • Develop action plans to improve sales performance and customer acquisition.

CRM & Customer Data Management

  • Coordinate with the CRM team to maintain accurate customer records and lead tracking.
  • Update customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities within CRM systems.
  • Ensure proper customer database management and reporting.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Conduct market intelligence research and prepare competitor analysis reports.
  • Identify customer preferences and recommend sales improvement strategies.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in:
    • Property Fairs
    • Real Estate Expos
    • Exhibitions
    • Roadshows
    • Corporate Events
    • Promotional Campaigns
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by responding to online inquiries and generating sales leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and project awareness.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Submit customer feedback reports, lead generation reports, and market intelligence reports to management.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of sales records and client documentation.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Customer Service & Complaint Resolution

  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with:
    • Accounts Department
    • Legal Department
    • Customer Service Team
    • CRM Team
    • Project Management Team
    • Marketing Team
  • Ensure smooth processing of bookings, payments, legal documentation, and customer handovers.

Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Represent ROSA Properties professionally in meetings, events, and business interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer dealings.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management tasks assigned by management.
