Job Summary

We are a 100% export-oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Companies looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Quality Management System (QMS) to join our Knit Garments Factory. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, company standards, and established quality procedures.

Job Location: Rupganj, Narayanganj

Key Responsibilities

✔ Implement, monitor, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the factory to ensure consistent quality standards and effective process control

✔ Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and applicable procedures

✔ Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate QMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

✔ Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of identified non-conformities

✔ Work closely with production and quality teams to identify the root causes of quality issues and support effective corrective actions

✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date QMS documentation, records, procedures, checklists, reports, and audit-related documents

✔ Arrange and conduct QMS training and awareness sessions for quality and production personnel to strengthen compliance and process understanding

✔ Coordinate and communicate with buyers, third-party auditors, inspection agencies, and other relevant stakeholders regarding audits, inspections, and QMS-related matters

✔ Monitor the effective implementation of quality control procedures at different stages of garment production

✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems, reduce recurring quality issues, and improve overall factory performance

✔ Monitor compliance gaps and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely corrective actions and system improvements

✔ Prepare and maintain QMS-related reports and provide necessary updates to management

✔ Perform any other QMS, quality management, compliance, or related assignments as assigned by management
