✔ Identify and develop new customers, sales leads, and business opportunities through various sales and business development activities

✔ Promote and clearly explain the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth and repeat sales

✔ Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning, follow-up, and sales execution

✔ Discuss product pricing, negotiate with customers when required, and successfully close sales

✔ Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, follow-up details, and prepare daily and weekly sales reports

✔ Respond to customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide timely after-sales support and service

✔ Coordinate with the Marketing and Distribution Teams to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and timely delivery

✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities to support sales growth

✔ Gather customer feedback and share relevant market insights with the management and concerned teams

✔ Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions, meetings, sales activities, and business communications
