Responsibilities & Context

Product Development: Research and formulate new food products, recipes, and formulations.

Sample Preparation: Develop product samples and prototypes for testing and sensory evaluation.

Trials & Testing: Perform laboratory tests, shelf-life assessments, and production trials.
-
Data Analysis: Evaluate test results and prepare detailed reports for management.
-
Product Improvement: Assess existing products and suggest improvements to enhance quality and optimize costs.
-
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of product formulations, trial results, and technical specifications.
-
SOP Preparation: Prepare technical documents, product specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Marketing teams.

Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
