Senior Executive – Accounts

• Experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a factory setting.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems with strong expertise in MS Excel.

• Other Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

We are currently hiring for the position of Sr. Executive – Accounts at our Sreepur, Maowna factory to support our expanding operations.

Job Responsibilities

Daily Accounts Operations

• Maintain the daily cash book and cheque register.

• Manage day-to-day emergency cash transactions as directed by management.

• Carry out banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and related documentation.

• Assist in processing monthly salaries, allowances, and other factory-related disbursements.

• Monitor receipts, payments, and inventory on a daily and monthly basis.

• Forward daily financial documents and vouchers to the Head Office.

ERP & Finance Activities

• Record and post daily petty cash vouchers in the ERP system.

• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to process vendor payments.

• Prepare purchase order (PO) invoices for local factory purchases.
