Skills



Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in supervising the day-to-day operations of the Dal Mill to ensure smooth and efficient production under the guidance of the Project Head.
  • Monitor daily production activities and support in achieving production targets in line with sales forecasts and operational plans.
  • Assist in factory maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce downtime.
  • Help identify and resolve operational issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, raw material usage, and stock movement to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely dispatch of products under senior management supervision.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials under the Project Head’s guidance.
  • Observe, record, and report production performance, machine efficiency, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality control standards.
