Exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Databricks, particularly for BI and reporting use cases.

Prior experience in the real estate sector or other data-intensive industries.

You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team working with a modern, cloud-native technology stack to enhance and scale the organization’s business intelligence capabilities.
Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support data-driven business decisions.
Analyze commercial real estate data, including tenants, leases, rental payments, and related metrics.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define KPIs and business indicators for effective visualization and analysis.
Translate business requirements into clear analytical and technical specifications.
Document analytical processes while ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and quality.
Support and enhance the automation of reporting and analytics workflows.
