We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to lead and stabilize backend systems for high-traffic Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system architecture, performance optimization, and basic DevOps operations to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable production environments.
✔ Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
✔ Own and manage backend architecture, database schema, and system stability
✔ Ensure secure and efficient system design for high-performance applications
✔ Optimize API performance, database queries, and server resource usage
✔ Implement secure systems including authentication, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention mechanisms
✔ Monitor and resolve critical backend and server-side issues in production
✔ Integrate third-party services, Firebase, and Google Cloud services
✔ Collaborate closely with mobile developers (Android & iOS) for API integration and feature delivery
✔ Deploy and manage backend applications on Linux-based servers
✔ Handle server monitoring, logs, backups, and performance tuning
✔ Maintain and manage staging and production environments for stable deployments
