Job Context

Serviqore provides real-time security operations monitoring, report auditing, and international communication support for Western security companies across North America. The company is looking for disciplined and enthusiastic undergraduate students to join as Security Operations Center (SOC) Interns.

Based at the company’s secure operational facility in Dhaka, the intern will support the core operations team while receiving hands-on training in live security monitoring and international communication under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support live security monitoring by tracking GPS checkpoints, software alerts, and guard telemetry.

• Assist with Daily Activity Report (DAR) review and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and client standards.

• Help maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows.

• Support professional communication with international clients, supervisors, and field teams through email, portals, and communication tools.

• Learn and assist with SOC procedures and emergency escalation protocols under supervision.

• Perform other operational and learning-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
