Minimum age: 35 years.
Ex-Army, Ansar, or Armed Forces personnel will be given preference.
Prior experience in factory or industrial security will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Sound knowledge of industrial security, safety standards, and emergency response procedures.
Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
High level of integrity, discipline, and sound decision-making skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and email usage.
Develop, implement, and continuously monitor comprehensive security policies, procedures, and systems.
Supervise and manage security officers, guards, and supervisors, including preparation of duty rosters and leave schedules.
Ensure the safety and protection of company assets, materials, machinery, and sensitive information.
Oversee access control systems, gate operations, visitor management, and CCTV surveillance.
Investigate security incidents, theft, misconduct, or breaches and submit detailed reports to management.
Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and emergency response agencies as required.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, emergency evacuation procedures, and disaster management plans.
Organize and conduct security training sessions, drills, and awareness programs for employees and security personnel.
Maintain discipline, enforce performance standards, and conduct regular evaluations of security staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and applicable regulatory security requirements.
Maintain accurate security-related records, logs, and documentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
