Educational Qualifications

Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or equivalent credentials will be considered an added advantage.

A total of 8–9 years of relevant work experience is required.

Professional Experience

At least 8–9 years of progressive experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or luxury hotel environments.

Proven track record of leading security teams and establishing effective training, supervision, and performance evaluation processes.
Leadership and Communication

Strong leadership skills with sound decision-making ability and the capacity to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, enabling professional interaction with guests, colleagues, and external agencies.
Technical Knowledge

In-depth understanding of modern security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, as well as emergency response protocols.

Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with security management or reporting software.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess risks, propose practical solutions, and implement preventive strategies.
Work Schedule and Physical Requirements

Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, to support round-the-clock security operations.
Preferred Attributes

SC-level security clearance or the eligibility to obtain such clearance.
