Security In-charge

Age: Between 25 to 35 years.

Preferred Background: Experience in the Bangladesh Army, Navy, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), or Ansar VDP.

Health: Must be in good physical health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personnel & Asset Security: Ensure the safety and security of all individuals, materials, and machinery within the factory premises.

• Access Control: Monitor and verify the identification of all individuals and inspect tools or equipment entering or exiting the factory.

• Duty Roster Management: Prepare and maintain duty rosters for security staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and regular duty confirmations.

• Equipment Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in operating fire-fighting equipment, walkie-talkies, and CCTV systems.

• Shift Duties: Perform assigned shifts within the factory premises to safeguard company assets.

• Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as assigned by higher authorities to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
