Security Guard

✔ Age: At least 21 years

✔ Gender: Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.

✔ Height: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches.

✔ Must possess sound physical fitness and be capable of performing security duties effectively.

✔ Candidates with a Defense background (Ansar, VDP, or BGB – Sainik/Lance Corporal) will receive preference.

✔ Strong observation, vigilance, and incident reporting skills.

✔ Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Honest, disciplined, punctual, and highly responsible.

✔ Energetic, sincere, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.

✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.

✔ Basic knowledge of security procedures, access control, and workplace safety will be considered an advantage.

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Officer to oversee the overall security operations of the factory. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment by monitoring access, protecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Candidates with a defense background (Ansar, VDP, or BGB) at the rank of Sainik/Lance Corporal will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Control access to the factory by verifying the identity and credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

✔ Monitor CCTV surveillance systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure the safety of the premises.

✔ Conduct regular security patrols of the factory floor, warehouse, office premises, boundary areas, and parking facilities.

✔ Inspect incoming and outgoing delivery vehicles in accordance with company security protocols.

✔ Maintain accurate entry and exit logbooks, visitor registers, vehicle movement records, and other security documentation.

✔ Monitor and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies to the appropriate authorities and management.

✔ Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.

✔ Coordinate with the Administration and HR departments on security-related matters when required.

✔ Protect company assets, equipment, inventory, and confidential information from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.

✔ Assist in emergency situations, including fire, accidents, or evacuation procedures, following established safety guidelines.

✔ Prepare daily security reports and incident reports for management review.

✔ Perform any other security or administrative duties assigned by management.
