Education:
Completion of secondary-level education is required.

Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with a background in packaged food and beverage industries will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Energetic, honest, diligent, and responsible
  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities for leading training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Capable of coordinating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies
  • Understanding of ISO standards and compliance auditing processes
  • Knowledge of fire safety and emergency management

Responsibilities & Context

The selected individual will be in charge of supervising and ensuring the smooth operation of all security functions within the factory. Preference will be given to candidates with a defense background (such as Ansar, VDP, or BGB) who have served at the level of Sainik or Lance Corporal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control entry points by checking and confirming the identity and authorization of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Keep a close watch on CCTV systems and alarm equipment to maintain overall security.
  • Perform regular patrols throughout the facility, including production areas, warehouses, perimeter zones, and parking lots.
  • Examine incoming and outgoing vehicles in line with company guidelines.
  • Accurately document all movements in entry/exit logs and security records.
  • Take on any other responsibilities assigned by management.
