Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Centralized Loan Administration (CLAD) environment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of credit operations and foreign exchange processes.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and email communication.
Ability to operate effectively within a structured and centralized operational framework.
Lead and supervise the CLAD–Chattogram team in all aspects of loan documentation and related operational activities.
Oversee CBS operations, ensuring accurate maintenance of loan records and related data.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
Support the seamless execution of centralized loan administration functions.
