Sales Team Manager-Home Loan

 

 

• Lead and motivate the Home Loan Sales Team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading real estate developers across Dhaka to generate quality home loan leads.

• Establish strategic partnerships with major real estate companies to expand customer reach and increase loan disbursements.

• Develop sales strategies, set individual targets, monitor performance, and coach team members to improve productivity.

• Identify new business opportunities through property developers, real estate projects, corporate networks, and customer referrals.

• Track sales pipelines, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements to drive sustainable business growth.

• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure efficient loan processing and timely disbursement.

• Ensure proper understanding and handling of property documents, legal papers, mortgage procedures, and other loan-related documentation.

• Deliver quality customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
