  • Age: 20 to 35 years
  • Male candidates only
  • Experience in motorcycle/CNG spare parts sales is preferred
  • Having own motorcycle and a valid driving license will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context

  • Market Development – Identify and explore new business opportunities, including potential customers and untapped markets, to expand the company’s presence
  • Sales Target Achievement – Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through effective customer acquisition, retention, and development
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and mechanics to understand market needs and deliver suitable solutions
  • Competitor Analysis – Track competitor activities in the assigned area and provide insights on market trends and pricing to management
  • Payment & Credit Management – Manage customer credit terms efficiently and ensure timely collection of payments
