Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare timely sales reports.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/online payment transactions accurately.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, organized product displays, and effective visual merchandising.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store and warehouse staff.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Follow company sales policies and promotional guidelines.
  • Support marketing campaigns and showroom promotions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
