Sales Executive (Solar System)

✔ Candidates should have proven experience in Industrial Solar, Off-Grid, On-Grid, and Net Metering projects.

✔ Strong practical knowledge of solar system design, project planning, solution development, implementation, commissioning, and operations.

✔ Strong understanding of ESS (Energy Storage System) technologies, applications, sizing, and integration with solar power systems.

✔ Experience in handling industrial solar projects and understanding client-specific energy requirements.

✔ Good knowledge of solar system components, energy management, power generation, storage solutions, and related technologies.

✔ Ability to evaluate client requirements and develop technically sound, cost-effective, and scalable solar solutions.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Sales Executive (Solar System) to lead and grow our Solar Division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial solar solutions, sales, bidding documentation, design, planning, implementation, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee the overall operations of the Solar Division, including sales, technical design, project planning, solution implementation, and operational activities.

✔ Develop and execute strategies to achieve the division’s sales, revenue, and business growth targets.

✔ Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of sales and technical activities.

✔ Handle industrial solar bidding documents, tender preparation, technical proposals, and related commercial requirements.

✔ Demonstrate practical knowledge and experience in industrial solar projects, including project planning, solution development, implementation, and operations.

✔ Understand and analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of utilities and incorporate cost-effective solar solutions into client proposals.

✔ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, customer acquisition, market penetration, and technical excellence.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with industrial clients, decision-makers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

✔ Conduct frequent project/site visits to understand client requirements, monitor project progress, support solution development, and ensure customer satisfaction.

✔ Coordinate with technical, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

✔ Maintain strong client relationships and focus on achieving long-term, sustainable, and profitable business growth.

✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, emerging solar technologies, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

✔ Prepare and provide regular sales, project, pipeline, and business performance reports to management.

✔ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
