Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive - Waste Management

✔ Age: 25 to 35 years
✔ Gender: Male

✔ Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

✔ Practical hands-on experience in e-GP tendering and online government procurement processes.

✔ Candidates with previous experience in government tender business will be highly preferred.

✔ Strong understanding of tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, eligibility requirements, and government procurement procedures.

✔ Candidates should be technically capable, responsible, proactive, and career-focused, with an interest in building a long-term career in Waste Management & Environmental Technology.

✔ Candidates with strong e-GP and government tender experience will receive preference.

✔ Good communication, documentation, coordination, reporting, and negotiation skills.

✔ Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh for tender, project, client, and site-related activities.

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

✔ Ability to work independently, manage multiple tender/project activities, and meet submission deadlines.

✔ Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and organize technical and commercial tender documentation accurately.

✔ Extensive Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh for product promotion, market development, client visits, project surveys, and business opportunities related to waste management technologies.

✔ e-GP Tender Management: Handle e-GP tender activities, including tender searching, eligibility assessment, document preparation, online submission, and follow-up.

✔ Government Tender Support: Support government tender business and maintain effective communication with relevant government offices, project authorities, and procurement stakeholders.

✔ Tender Document Review: Review tender specifications, BOQ, technical requirements, drawings, eligibility criteria, and other project-related documents to ensure proper understanding and compliance.

✔ AutoCAD & Technical Drawings: Prepare, modify, and review AutoCAD drawings, particularly drawings related to civil works, project requirements, and technical submissions.

✔ Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with manufacturers, consultants, engineers, government officials, project authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth tender and project execution.

✔ Project & Site Support: Participate in project surveys, site visits, technical discussions, client meetings, and project implementation activities as required.

✔ Technical Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate tender documents, technical submissions, project records, drawings, BOQs, and related documentation.

✔ Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and relevant stakeholders regarding tender updates, technical requirements, project progress, and business opportunities.

✔ Record Management: Maintain proper and up-to-date records of tenders, projects, technical documents, site visits, client communications, and follow-up activities.
