  Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Industrial Embroidery Machines to new and existing customers.

  • Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

  • Visit factories, garments, textile, fashion and embroidery-related businesses as required.

  • Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable embroidery machine solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support customers throughout the sales process.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

  • Conduct market research and collect information about competitors and market trends.

  • Maintain proper sales reports and customer databases.

  • Coordinate with the technical and management teams to ensure smooth customer service.
