Sales Associate, Retail Sales (Udoy)

• Age: Minimum 22 years.

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing sales role.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

• Working knowledge of customer behavior, market dynamics, and customer requirements.

• Friendly, energetic personality with a strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and resolve customer complaints promptly.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products or services. The role also involves market research, business development, and supporting the achievement of departmental sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain close relationships with clients to understand their requirements and respond to inquiries regarding company offerings.

• Advise customers on the most appropriate solutions based on their needs.

• Collaborate with team members to collect market intelligence and conduct market surveys.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, courtesy calls, and follow-up communications.

• Visit client locations to complete sign-up processes and collect required documentation.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Generate tickets for new clients and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare, maintain, and regularly update the client database.

• Build productive, long-term, and trust-based relationships with customers.
