Sales Assistant/ Officer

Support daily showroom operations and assist customers with product information and sales.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.

Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and showroom presentation.

Prepare quotations and invoices and assist with billing and cash handling.

Monitor stock availability and inventory records, including stock verification.

Handle customer queries and basic complaints professionally.

Maintain sales records and prepare daily sales reports.

Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and Head Office on operational matters.

Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
