This high-traffic highway restaurant caters to long-distance travelers during their meal stops. We are seeking courteous, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Waiters to deliver quality service and uphold the restaurant’s service standards.
Job Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections.
Take food orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and well-organized.
Ensure proper table setup, cutlery arrangement, and overall presentation.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints in a professional and positive manner.
Refill water and beverages and attend to guest needs promptly.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist cashiers and other team members when required.
Maintain JSK Group’s service quality standards and customer satisfaction objectives.
