We are looking for a competent and energetic Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations, uphold food quality standards, deliver superior service, and lead the team with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities

Oversee overall restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.

Ensure consistent food quality, taste standards, and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Supervise kitchen activities, monitor chef performance, and coordinate service staff operations.

Manage inventory control, stock levels, purchasing documentation, and supply chain processes.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Train and guide staff on hygiene practices, food safety, service standards, and customer handling.

Prepare accurate daily sales reports and ensure proper cash handling procedures.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, discipline, and operational efficiency throughout the restaurant.

Collaborate with JSK Group management to introduce new menu items, promotional initiatives, and process improvements.
