Restaurant Hostess

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Hostesses to join our Coffee Shop. The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival.

• Manage phone reservations, online bookings, and walk-in waiting lists accurately.

• Escort guests to their designated tables and provide menus.

• Manage table seating efficiently to maintain a balanced workload among service staff.

• Assist guests with basic menu-related queries, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle minor complaints professionally.

• Keep the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
