Reservation Officer

✔ Age: 25–35 years
✔ Only experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
✔ Proven skills in airline booking, ticket issuance, re-issuance, and refund calculation in compliance with IATA rules and airline policies.
✔ GDS-qualified with strong practical knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems, including booking, issue, re-issue, and refund processing.
✔ Strong knowledge of the current airline market, fare structures, and ticketing practices.
✔ Good understanding of airline policies, procedures, and ticket modifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
✔ Familiarity with other travel-related documents and requirements necessary for ticket issuance.
✔ Good network and working knowledge of local travel agents and their business practices.
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
✔ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance while handling reservations and ticketing operations.

✔ Handle customer inquiries, travel-related queries, and reservations both in person and over the phone.

✔ Assist with flight scheduling, booking-related activities, and other customer service responsibilities as required.

✔ Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate assistance or solutions.

✔ Maintain familiarity with travel documentation requirements necessary for flight ticket issuance and related services.

✔ Personal mobile phone usage during working hours is strictly prohibited, except in emergencies with prior permission from the management.

✔ Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, following the standard office schedule.
